Aura does not offer a “one-size-fits-all” solution. Every coaching and training program is tailored to the client’s situation, needs, and goals.

Her coaching combines realism and humanity. The aim is to create workplaces that are not only more effective, but also meaningful and supportive of well-being.
Aura Marttinen is an experienced workplace development and coaching professional with over 15 years of experience supporting teams, organizations, and individuals through change and growth.
Her career began in the 1990s, working in a language school and training activity leaders. Even then, she was developing teaching and facilitation methods aimed at lasting learning outcomes and workplace well-being.
From 2003 to 2011, Aura worked in international sales and consulting environments in the United States. There, she coached teams and individuals across a range of contexts and gained first-hand insight into what motivates people — and what is required for workplaces to function productively, sustainably, and with purpose.
